At ArtNeura, we strive to deliver the best and highest quality AI-generated wall art to our customers. Your satisfaction is our top priority, and we want you to love the unique piece you’ve chosen. As each artwork is personalized and printed on demand for you, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for reasons other than quality defects.
Quality Defect Returns
We only accept returns if the item received is not up to the quality standards due to an apparent defect or damage.
In such cases, we ask that you:

Contact us within 14 days of delivery: Please email us at shop@artneura.com. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and attach clear photographs of the defect or damage.

Await our response: Our customer service team will review your claim and get back to you as soon as possible. If we determine that the item is defective, we will arrange for a replacement at no cost to you.
Please note:
- Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 14 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date.
- We do not offer refunds or exchanges due to change of mind, incorrect sizing or product selection errors by customers. Please review your personalization and order details carefully before finalizing your purchase.
